All gas, oil and electric heating plus your fire extinguishers MUST be inspected annually by a registered tradesperson and your certificate displayed in the property, along with a detailed inventory list of what items you have provided in your property. You must also provide a fire blanket in the kitchen and your property must be fitted with a working smoke alarm.
