It’s tough out there, with so many properties and holiday companies all pushing hard to promote their holiday cottage as the best option for an ever-more informed and discerning holidaymaker. Its at times like this that the ‘big’ holiday cottage providers swoop on competitors and owners alike to get them to panic and sign-up with them, promising that they have the answer to their prayers.
Don’t be fooled by empty promises…
If you take a look on their websites, you will see that they are all struggling for bookings, they all have many dozens of properties available – even at peak times and the reality is that by adding more properties to their offering is only going to dilute the bookings they take for their owners.

Coast and Country Holidays has specialised ONLY in Norfolk and Suffolk self-catering holidays and short-breaks for well over 28 years now and our knowledgeable staff and friendly, service-based way of doing business is popular with our extensive database of regular Customers and those who approach us daily from the pro-active marketing that we do. Remember the Coast and Country Holidays gives you:
- Over 28 years experience
- No costs for National advertising and an extensive and fully optimised website.
- If a confirmed booking is ever cancelled - you still get paid , if the week remains available to us.
- You never have to worry if cheques do not clear, or payment does not arrive.
- We do not charge commission on bookings that you take yourself.
- We do not stipulate how many weeks you can take bookings for.
- Payment is always prompt. Our BACs system pays you on the last Friday of each month.
- We notify as soon as any new legislation applies, i.e. gas, electric business rates, compliances with fire regulations etc.
- Use our website to promote, Special Offers (i.e. discount for last minute bookings, half term, etc).
- You pay nothing to us up front. Our registration fee of £85 & photographer fee of £85 (if required), will be deducted from our July/August statement.
