We personally inspect all of the properties that we represent annually, to ensure standards remain high and fully understand the benefits of the property and location. This enables us to promote your property more successfully and give the true picture to potential holidaymakers and provide the right match for their needs. Something that feedback tells us keeps our clients coming back to us year after year!
Remember that Coast & Country Holidays gives you:
- Over a quarter of a century local experience and expertise.
- No costs for National advertising and an extensive and fully optimised website.
- If a confirmed booking is ever cancelled - you still get paid , if the week remains available to us.
- You never have to worry if cheques do not clear, or payment does not arrive.
- We do not charge commission on bookings that you take yourself.
- We do not stipulate how many weeks you can take bookings for.
- Payment is always prompt. Our BACs system pays you on the last Friday of each month.
- We notify as soon as any new legislation applies, i.e. gas, electric business rates, compliances with fire regulations etc.

- Our annual registration fee is only £95 and to get your property professionally photographed for our brochure and website, we only take a contribution to these costs of £85 per property (if required).
