Coast and Country Holidays Norfolk Ltd. is based in Wymondham Norfolk, and specialises in Norfolk and Suffolk self-catering holidays. For the over a quarter of a century we have helped thousands of couples, families and groups to find the perfect property to be the base for their holiday, short-break or stop-gap property let.
Local knowledge, experience and a great mix of properties enable us to efficiently match the needs of our Customers with their location, facilities and calendar needs. We personally inspect all of our properties to ensure that standards remain high and that we are always up-to-date with the facilities and local amenities on offer.
So whether you are looking for a comfortable bungalow, a charming cottage with a cosy open fire, a spacious barn conversion or a large house and garden to allow two families to holiday together, we can help you choose from our properties throughout the beautiful Norfolk and Suffolk coastal, broads and countryside settings.
Our service is traditional in that we still enjoy personal contact with our property owners and Customers, many of whom come back to us time after time. We also recognise that in this technological age, many people like to select and review their holidays on-line. There are also separate searches within each region (Coast, Broads and Country) to allow you to select a property by the number of people in your party. ABOUT OUR PROPERTIES
Coast & Country Holidays Norfolk Ltd. personally inspect and approve all of the properties that we represent to ensure that they meet our standards.
All cottages are self-contained, equipped and cleaned between lets, so all you have to do is unpack and put the kettle on. Every care has been taken to ensure correctness of the brochure details at time of going to print, however, we cannot be held responsible for any changes beyond our control after publication.
On arrival at your holiday home you can safely assume that:-
> All cottages are cleaned between lets, so all you have to do is unpack and put the kettle on. If you do not leave the property as you found it, there will be a charge for any extra cleaning, or the owner may ask for a refundable deposit on arrival.
> The kitchen will be equipped with: Gas or electric cooker, fridge, has ample storage and work space, cutlery, crockery, pans etc.
> The bathroom has a bath, (some with shower attachments), a washbasin and toilet, shower room has shower cubicle, a washbasin and toilet.
> That all beds are supplied with either blankets or duvets, plus pillows. Some owners provide bed linen, but where no linen is stated, please bring your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels. Most owners provide a cot, but never cot linen, please bring your own.
> Electricity & central heating are included in the rental price. With the exception of properties with coin meters which are described in individual property details as are costs of logs.
> A good many of our properties accept pets free of charge, please check beforehand if bringing two or more to obtain owner’s permission. PLEASE, pets should never be left unattended, never allowed upstairs, on furniture or beds and a poop-a-scoop used when appropriate. Owners may require a refundable bond payable on balance.
> Most have parking space, some have a garage.
> ALL PRICES ARE PER PROPERTY (not per person).
> Please inform us at time of booking, if anyone in your party has any special requirements, or is dependant upon a wheelchair or otherwise disabled to ensure suitability of accommodation.
> All prices include Holiday Cancellation Protection Scheme.
YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU ARE FORCED TO CANCEL
The scheme will entitle the hirer to a full refund of both the deposit, and the balance if paid,
(less £22 cancellation fee) and £30 inc. VAT administration fee if not already paid the hirer will be relieved of the liability for the balance. If the hirer is forced to cancel the holiday due to death, serious injury or illness of: Husband, Wife, Father, Mother, Father-in-law, Mother-in-law, Brother, Sister, Child, Partner or Co-director, or, because of redundancy, jury service, pregnancy, posting by H.M. services. Full refund six weeks before start date, 50% refund two weeks before start date and providing such a cancellation is confirmed in writing and the appropriate certificate being sent to Coast & Country Holidays Norfolk Ltd.
If the cancellation is not for one of the above reasons, then the hirer remains liable for the full balance of hire and the deposit is forfeited. However, if we are able to relet the property, the balance, if already paid will be refunded, less £22 cancellation fee and a £30 inc. VAT administration fee, if the balance has not been paid, then the hirer will be relieved of this liability. The deposit will not be refundable. The hirer for the purpose of this scheme shall be the person whose name and signature appears on the booking form.
MINI BREAKS & ROMANTIC SHORT-BREAKS 
Come and enjoy a romantic 2, 3 or 4 night break - walk along sandy beaches, stroll through stunning woods or beautiful countryside and sample some of the freshest, local produce in one of the regions many renowned restaurants and pubs.
Mini-breaks are available for a maximum of 4 nights on properties marked, from October through to March, excluding Bank Holidays, Half Terms, Christmas & New Year.
We do offer high season, Spring/Summer short breaks too, but these are only available one week before the start date. If in doubt - just give a call on 01953 604480 and we will do our very best to occomodate your requirements and timings.

HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING
Booking a holiday with Coast & Country Holidays Norfolk Ltd. is simple and straight forward. First select which property and dates you require (Tip: Make a list, especially later in the season) then, either book online using our simple to use and secure booking and payment system or telephone our office on 01953 604480 and we will advise you of the availability of your choice and make a BOOKING for you.
If you opt to book on the website, just click COTTAGE SEARCH, then enter your search criteria, select the number of nights and a start date, then Click SEARCH. All the available properties which match your criteria, will be displayed – click MORE INFO to find out more about any of the properties. Full property details are displayed, click PRICING & AVAILABILITY to find out the price of the property you have selected. You can then either call us on 01953 604480 to make a booking or use our simple to use ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM.
Note: Telephone bookings or enquiries may be made THROUGHOUT THE YEAR (excl. Bank Holidays) 9.00am to 5.30pm MONDAY to FRIDAY, 9.00am to 12am SATURDAY. Outside these times we have an answer-phone service enabling us to deal with your enquiry as soon as our office reopens.
BOOKING FEES
For bookings made EIGHT weeks before the start of your holiday the DEPOSIT shall consist of ONE THIRD of the total letting fee. For bookings made EIGHT WEEKS or LESS BEFORE THE START OF YOUR HOLIDAY, the FULL AMOUNT is payable. PLEASE NOTE, reminder notices are only sent automatically from our online booking system. Summer bookings are for a minimum of one week (most Saturday to Saturday, some Friday to Friday) starting at 4pm on the day of arrival, and ending at 10am on the day of departure.
OVERSEAS BOOKINGS
Sterling cheques drawn on a U.K. bank or, Euro cheques made out in sterling up to a value of £695.00.

ALTERATIONS TO BOOKINGS
Once a booking has been confi rmed we can not accept a change of holiday property. We may however, by arrangement with the owner, accept a change of holiday dates, provided we have 8 weeks notice. A fee of £30 inc. VAT will be made to cover administration costs. No change will come into effect until we have received your written confirmation plus fee.
COMPLAINTS
If any problems arise in your holiday home - YOU MUST contact the owner/ caretaker/keyholder IMMEDIATELY and they will do their best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. If the situation cannot be resolved, we will be with you as soon as possible to inspect the property. DO NOT VACATE the property as it is harder to justify your complaint once you have returned home. If you still wish to pursue your complaint, you must write within 7 days to COAST & COUNTRY HOLIDAYS NORFOLK LTD.
