This delightful annexe is all on one level and very peacefully situated down a quiet lane, ideal for rest and relaxation with use of the owners pretty garden with unfenced pond with views over the meadow and paddock, plus use of the summerhouse. A wildlife haven and a bird watchers delight, with walks through a wood. An area ideal for walkers and cyclists with 2 bikes provided. Located on the outskirts of Wymondham which has a fine Abbey, leisure centre, shops, pubs, restaurants and Friday is market day for fresh local produce. Norwich is easily accessible for theatres, cathedrals, museums, cinemas and shopping malls. The beautiful expanse of the Norfolk broads with picturesque villages, nature reserves and day boat hire are easily accessible. Sandy beaches at Lowestoft, Southwold with its colourful beach huts or Cromer famous for its fresh local caught crabs and end of pier entertainment.

This pretty semi-detached cottage with stunning views across open fields and the church, situated in a small rural village, part of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The local pub is within walking distance and serves good food, plus a village hall with children’s play area. Several quiet lanes for walking and cycling and just under 2 miles to the beach at Overstrand, with a store, pub, café and Sea Marge Hotel for afternoon tea. Nearby Cromer for coastal walks, lovely sandy beaches, end of pier entertainment, esplanade gardens, golf or take home a fresh caught crab for supper. Enjoyable days out include Sheringham Park, Felbrigg and Blickling Hall, Amazona Zoo, Norfolk Shire Horse Centre, Muckleburgh Military Collection. The famous Broads can be reached within 30 minutes for day boat hire, fishing, nature reserves and riverside pubs.
