Out of season STOP GAP Short Lets
‘Coast and Country’ is primarily a holiday home agency, specialising in Norfolk and Suffolk properties that deliver good quality and value for money. However, a selection of our properties are also available for short-term lets of a minimum of two months and up to a maximum of five months, from October through to March. A few properties are also available for short-term lets during our busy summer period.
Increasingly we are working with individuals and local businesses to help them find short-term let properties when MOVING HOUSE, CHANGING JOBS or RELOCATING. We personally inspect all of our properties to ensure that our standards are met and maintained.
Our short-term lets are:
- Fully furnished properties providing good quality and value for money.
- Water rates and Council tax charges are included in the letting price.
- Quick and simple to arrange: all we need are two professional references, a bank status enquiry (cost met by tenant) and the first months rent in advance, plus a bond for the same amount.
- Pets allowed with owners agreement.
- Lets are priced per four-week period not per calendar month.
You will need to:
- Pay for your heating and electric/gas directly to the property owner.
- We ask that you supply all of your own linen.
- Have your own transport.
- Provide Coast and Country with a £30 inc VAT administration fee and the bond payable by cheque only.
