Situated in a secluded location surrounded by arable fields and woodlands. Barn owls, hares and pheasants for neighbours and if you are very lucky you may spot the red kite or white fallow deer. A superb location for relaxing and enjoying the views from the patio or taking a walk around the nearby footpaths. Secure garden for dogs and only 1 small step into the property for those less able. Perfect for a peaceful break but within close proximity for a trip to the coast or the broads. Shopping in the nearby market town of Beccles with a pretty river where you can hire day boats. The coastal town of Lowestoft with its fine sandy beaches, or the Victorian coastal town of Southwold is within 6 miles and has colourful beach huts along the promenade and fresh caught fish. In the locality are delightful Suffolk villages, many with pubs serving meals. RSPB Minsmere within 15 minutes drive. Golf, fishing, tennis & riding within a 10 mile radius.
