Accessed down a apple tree lined private drive with 35 acres of open farmland for walking, apple orchards and meadows to enjoy picnics, superb location for relaxing. Or follow a nature trail and discover the owner's horses, alpacas, Kune Kune pigs, goats, rabbits and guinea pigs. The shared indoor heated swimming pool is open April to October and has roman steps, shower with toilet and changing room. Elsewhere on the farm is the superb Moo Play Farm with indoor/outdoor play areas and a wonderful Bistro style eatery, Italian hot chocolate, ground coffee, weekend papers. For a welcome change leave the car and catch the bus or train from the local station less than a mile away. Visit nearby Southwold's quaint charms, Snape for music lovers, Minsmere for bird watching. A pub within a mile, golf, fishing, cycle hire, horse riding and tennis all available locally, as is the Southern Norfolk Broads only seven miles.
