This outstanding barn conversion is fitted and furnished to an exceptionally high quality. From the veranda enjoy the panoramic views, across the paddock, fields and sand dunes with Happisburgh lighthouse in sight. If you are lucky you may even catch sight of the neighbouring barn owl and the resident chickens provide fresh eggs. The barns can be booked individually or together for the delight of larger family groups, sleeping a maximum of 14. Situated just a mile from the Blue Flag golden sandy beaches, with shallow bays for safe bathing and paddling, backed by sand dunes, all located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village has shops and two pubs. Just a 10 minute car ride to Stalham for larger shops, tea rooms, or day boat hire for exploring the Broads, a haven for wildlife and riverside pubs and restaurants, Great Yarmouth is 10 miles away for traditional seaside entertainment, and Norwich is 18 miles away for retail therapy, theatres, museums, cathedrals and castle.
