This splendid thatched listed barn conversion dates back to 1593 and has been beautifully restored and furnished to a high standard. Use of the indoor heated swimming pool, (also used as a hydrotherapy pool) 32ft x 16 ft depth 4 ft 3 with a Jacuzzi. Sessions available daily between 4.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. (subject to availability and by arrangement). A truly peaceful setting surrounded by picturesque farmland views and a variety of wildlife with many nearby public footpaths, where you maybe lucky to catch sight of barn or tawny owls, deer, fox, sparrow hawks and woodpeckers. The owner has a small holding with wild ducks, sheep, chickens, horses and keeps her own bees with natural local honey for sale. A 20 minute walk along pavements to the sandy beach at Bacton or a 5 minute car drive to Bacton or Walcott for swimming, fishing, buckets & spades a must for the children. A short drive to pubs serving good food, shop, fish & chip shop and childrens play area. Nearby North Walsham for shopping, a little further to Stalham for day boat hire, or Cromer with end of pier entertainment, esplanade gardens and Lifeboat museum. East Ruston Vicarage Gardens a must for all gardening enthusiasts. Nearby Happisburgh with its striped lighthouse and crumbling cliffs is a very attractive village. National Trust properties include Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall and nature reserves at Hickling and How Hill.
