This delightful annexe is all on one level and very peacefully situated down a quiet lane, ideal for rest and relaxation with use of the owners pretty garden with unfenced pond with views over the meadow and paddock, plus use of the summerhouse. A wildlife haven and a bird watchers delight, with walks through a wood. An area ideal for walkers and cyclists with 2 bikes provided. Located on the outskirts of Wymondham which has a fine Abbey, leisure centre, shops, pubs, restaurants and Friday is market day for fresh local produce. Norwich is easily accessible for theatres, cathedrals, museums, cinemas and shopping malls. The beautiful expanse of the Norfolk broads with picturesque villages, nature reserves and day boat hire are easily accessible. Sandy beaches at Lowestoft, Southwold with its colourful beach huts or Cromer famous for its fresh local caught crabs and end of pier entertainment.
